MG Clinical Trial
Myasthenia Gravis (MG) is a chronic autoimmune disorder that affects the neuromuscular junction, the connection between nerves and muscles. Recently, CNO has initiated a clinical trial (VIIM study) looking to confirm the therapeutic equivalence or superiority of Efgartigimod (Vivgart), a neonatal FC receptor blocker to IVIG, a standard treatment used in people with generalized seropositive Myasthenia Gravis.
MS Protocols
MS Protocols is a concise repository of up-to-date MS treatment information which assembles clinical studies, product monographs, provincial drug coverage requirements, and treatment protocols under a single domain.
Clinique Neuro-Outaouais (CNO) - Multidisciplinary Neurology Treatment Center
Based in Gatineau, Quebec, and serving patients from across the Outaouais and Ottawa region, our multidisciplinary neurology treatment center helps people living with neurological disorders, such as multiple sclerosis (MS), Alzheimer’s disease (AD), Parkinson’s disease (PD), myasthenia gravis (MG), amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), and others.
Our team of experienced neurologists, nurses, and rehabilitation professionals works closely with patients in both clinical care and ongoing studies, bridging everyday neurological treatments with forward-looking research. Our goal is to achieve better outcomes by advancing new ways to understand, manage, and treat neurological conditions.
If you or someone close to you has a diagnosis that requires specialized neurological care, or would like to discuss participation in one of our clinical studies, book an appointment today to begin the process of assessment and care planning.

Clinical Trials
Clinique Neuro-Outaouais, a center of excellence in clinical research, actively participates in numerous ongoing clinical trials involving various neurological diseases such as multiple sclerosis, myasthenia gravis, Parkinson’s disease etc. We are helping make the transition from the lab to the bedside for numerous medical discoveries. In the process we offer new therapeutic opportunities to people with chronic neurological conditions.
Help Us Make Wheelchairs Obsolete
NeuroGym® - Physical and Occupational Therapy for Neurologic Motor Impairments
NeuroGym® is a specialized rehabilitation centre built on more than two decades of research and clinical innovation in neurological recovery. Using patented tools and targeted therapy, we have created a “neurological gymnasium” where we help patients retrain movement, rebuild function, and restore independence.
Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS)
Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation, or rTMS, is a form of non-invasive neuromodulation whereby focal electrical currents induced by a magnetic pulse, done repetitively, can modulate over time how neuronal networks communicate within and between networks. The technique is effective in several psychiatric conditions such as medication resistant depression and PTSD. RTMS is also being explored in a variety of neurological conditions such as multiple sclerosis, Parkinson, Alzheimer’s and Glioblastoma Multiforme. Treatments are tailored to the individual and done under the supervision of a physician.
Infusion Clinic
Our infusion clinic provides intravenous and subcutaneous therapies in a calm, light-filled setting designed for comfort and safety. Treatments are overseen by medical specialists and administered by attentive, knowledgeable nurses who take a holistic approach to care. Each visit is an opportunity to rest, recharge, and receive treatment in a supportive environment.
Treatments include a variety of monoclonal antibodies used for different conditions such as multiple sclerosis, migraine, rheumatological disorders and cancer. On a case-by-case decision we can also administer intravenous antibiotics and corticosteroids. Please contact your prescribing physician if you would like to receive your therapy at our clinic.
Interested in our Clinical Trials?
Advancing clinical research is central to our mission. By participating in carefully designed studies, our patients gain access to emerging neurological treatments, often years before they become accessible to the general population.
Every study is conducted under the supervision of experienced clinicians, following rigorous ethical and medical standards.
