At CNO, we strive to provide convenient, and efficient healthcare services. Our upcoming diagnostic laboratory provides access to the cutting-edge healthcare technology, helping doctors make faster and more accurate diagnoses.
We participate in a number of clinical trials aiming to create advancements for the treatment of Multiple Sclerosis, Stroke, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s and Glioblastoma Multiforme (GBM). Our participation allows us to offer many treatments long before they become available to a majority of specialists, giving patients an opportunity to choose from a wide range of care that, while experimental in nature, may be more effective.
The evolution of medical care is not always equal across all provinces. We want to provide the best care possible, and to do so means to constantly be looking towards the future. We chose to focus on MS twenty years ago due to the prevalence of this disease in Gatineau’s population. The Cognitive Impairment Clinic is our latest local initiative. It was spearheaded to address the acute need of Gatineau’s aging population. We’ve also moved to accommodate our growing team and expand our service offerings. Our new location at 209 Gamelin is right beside the Hull hospital, allowing us to provide more convenience to those in need.
When new therapies are developed, they need to be tested by healthy individuals. We are establishing phase 1 research capabilities and are looking for people interested in participating in this important phase of clinical research. If you or someone you know is interested in participating in phase 1 research protocols please get in touch.
