CNO originated within the Hull Hospital over twenty years ago. At that time, the clinic focused on MS due to the high prevalence of this disease in the Outaouais region. Caring for MS patients in a comprehensive manner required doctors and nurses with sub-specializations, a paramedical staff with extensive aptitudes, and an emphasis on clinical research. Over-time, this multi-disciplinary approach has led to new areas of focus. It continues to enhance the depth and breadth of our expertise to this day.
