Les m\u00e9canismes par lesquels la SMTr pourrait favoriser la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration demeurent partiellement compris, mais les hypoth\u00e8ses actuelles incluent une am\u00e9lioration de la connectivit\u00e9 fonctionnelle des r\u00e9seaux neuronaux, une augmentation de la remy\u00e9linisation d\u00e9pendante de l\u2019activit\u00e9, ainsi qu\u2019une meilleure synchronisation des oscillations neuronales.\n<br><br>\nL\u2019\u00e9tude CeV est un essai clinique de dix-huit semaines, contr\u00f4l\u00e9 par placebo (sham) et \u00e0 devis crois\u00e9, portant sur l\u2019utilisation de la SMTr chez des personnes pr\u00e9sentant des troubles de la marche li\u00e9s \u00e0 la SP.
